Psychotherapy in English

We offer individual psychotherapy in English. It is a process that will help you understand yourself better and establish your needs. Individual psychotherapy helps to understand certain mechanisms of our behaviour and improves comunication with others, it aims to help individuals improve their mental health and well-being. Before beginning the process of psychotherapy we first invite you to 3 counseling sessions with a psychotherapist to establish your needs and goals. Every psychotherapy session is 50 minutes long and takes place at least once a week. 

For who?

These are examples of difficulties or symptoms that psychotherapy can be helpful with:

  • You are experiencing emotional problems

  • You feel that you are in a challenging place in your life and you need support

  • You struggle with anxiety

  • You suffer from psychosomatic illnesses

  • You are experiencing a crisis due to life challenges or transitions such as divorce, career changer, relocation, relationship issues, grief and loss

  • You are experiencing depression, anxiety disorders or bipolar disorders

  • You suffer from personality disorders
